Print the pages.  Laminate and bind together.  Give the children dry
erase markers and let them complete their book.  These can be
erased and rewritten in as long as they use dry erase markers. 
It's a great way to save on paper!
If you would like, you could also use these as an assessment tool. 
Give children a copy to the book that isn't laminated at the beginning
of the year and a new one at the end to the year.
