Cupcake Toppers for Brown Bear
Make and frost cupcakes.
Print the page. Cut
the pieces apart on the solid lines. Fold pieces on the dotted
line.
Put a wooden ice cream spoon or half size popsicle stick in the fold
and staple it.
Stick the character into a decorated cupcake.
