Cheerleader With 3 Things to Cheer About

Need:  Two attached pages, large construction paper, tissue paper twist ties, scissors, crayons, glue

 Have the kids color and fill out the two attached sheets.  Color the
cheerleader.  To make pompoms, have them cut the tissue paper into thin
strips, put them in a pile and twist tie them at the center. Ruffle them up so
they look like pompoms.  Glue them on the cheerleader’s hand. 

Give them the writing prompt page and have them think and write about
three good things they can "cheer" about.  Then glue both papers onto a
large sheet of construction paper.
