#1 Paper Plate Medallion
Paint a small
paper plate blue. While it dries, print the page below, color it
and cut it out.
Cut 8 strips of paper that are 2 x 4½” in size. Bend (not fold) the
paper and staple it around
the paper plate as pictures. Glue the medallion to the center and
use
construction paper to add the long ribbons to the project.
