Plastic Bag Pompoms

Take three plastic bags and cut off the bottom
edge. Lay the bags
on top of each other. Take clear packaging tape and wrap it
tightly
around the three bags just below the handles. Have the
children take
scissors and cut down the bags to make fringe. Now you have a
pompom.
Repeat to make a second bag if you would like.
