Cupcake Topper with a Graduation Theme



Print the page of your choice.  Cut out the graduation hats.  Staple
them to a wooden ice cream scoop or a half popsicle stick.  Make cupcakes
 and frost.  Stick the hats into the cupcakes and serve for your celebration.
