Graduation Felt Board Activity



Use the pattern pieces to make a felt board graduate.  Cut the pieces out
 of felt as directed on the pattern sheet.  Hot glue all of the pieces together
except the tassels.  They will be put on as you sing the song.   If you
are working with older children, print the color word cards. 
Have the children identify the word on the card and pick the appropriate
tassel and place it on the graduate.  Hold the color word card up and
sing the song.  If you are working with younger children just sing
the rhyme.  Have the child come up and pick the appropriate
tassel and place it on the graduate.

Tune:  Mary Wore a Red Dress

(Name of child) wore a (color) tassel,
(color) tassel, (color) tassel,
(Name of child) wore a (color) tassel,
on graduation day.
