Giraffe Activity with Graphing
and Tally option
Print several card pages. Color in the dots on
the card. If the card has a two on it, color both dots the
same color. Cut and laminate the cards. Print a
giraffe for each child. Have them pick a card. Then
have
them color or stamp the corresponding number of dots on
the giraffe. Have the children do this for a designated
time
or a designated number of cards.
If you are working
with little children have them count the dots and decide what
color they have the most
of. For older children have
them either use the graph or the tally chart to determine what
color they
have the most of. Have them write a
conclusion statement at the bottom of the page.
