Story Retelling for Old Lady
Print the pages. You may want to
print page one on a heavier paper like cardstock.
Cut
out (including the mouth opening) and laminate. Take a
container such as an oversized cinnamon
or parmesan cheese
container that has a flip up lid and cut the flap off.
Attach the lady to the container
lining up the hole in
the container to the hole for the lady's mouth. I used
tape. Wrap the rabbit from
page 2 around the container
with the rabbit facing the inside. Tape or Velcro in
place. Have the
children use the container and the
cards to retell the story. When they get to the end of the
story,
have them unwrap the rabbit from the container and
say Happy Easter!
