Frog Head Paper Plate



For this project you will need one large and two small paper plates.  Paint
a black mouth onto the large paper plate and the rest of the plate green. 
Take the two small paper plates and cut one inch off one edge.  Paint
the outside bumpy edge of the plate green. aint black eyeballs in the
center as shown.  Once the plates are dry assemble. If you would like to turn
this into a puppet, sandwich another paper plate behind Elmo's head and
staple around the edges leaving an opening at the bottom of the plate.
If you are doing a Sesame Street theme, this puppet could be Kermit the Frog.
