Clifford's First Christmas Felt Board
In this story, by
Norman Bridwell, Clifford falls into Emily Elizabeth’s stocking.
Make the stockings from red and white felt. Write the children’s
names at the top of the Christmas stockings. Make Clifford from red
felt. Hide Clifford behind one of the stockings. Have the
children guess which stocking Clifford is hiding behind. Let each
child guess until Clifford is found. This activity is designed to
help children with name recognition.
