Rainbow Shaker

To make this cute little shaker you need a large paper plate, streamers, rice,
a scissors, a stapler and markers.

Step One- Fold the paper plate in half.  Cut out a semi circle
from the inside of the plate, leaving a 1" handle as shown. 

Step Two-Use markers to color a rainbow design along the edge.

Step Three-Staple the edges along the inside and the outside edges
of the rainbow leaving an opening to add rice.

Step Four-Add the rice and staple the edge closed.

Step Five- Staple streamers to the bottom edge of
the rainbow as shown in the photo.

Step Six-Play some fun music and use the shakers
 as a dance prop.
