Emergent Reader for Tulips-Life Cycle
This is much cuter than the photo.
Give each child a paint stick and have them paint it. Markers
also work
well on the paint sticks. Print a set of pages for each child.
Have them
cut them out. Layer them in sequential order placing the small
center pages
in the center of the last page as shown. Put the cover on top.
Staple along
the left side like a book. Open to the last page. Staple it to
the paint stick.
Give the children construction paper scraps and have them make leaves.
Now practice reading the story.
