Spring Tulip Hat
Cut 4 inch strips of construction
paper. Staple them together to make a
length
of
paper long enough to fit around a child's head.
Have the children
cut down about 2 1/2"
to make grass. Print page one below. Cut
out the
words and glue them to the front of the
hat. Staple the hat to fit the
child's head.
Hole punch holes so that you can lace stem pipe
cleaners
through the holes. Cut two pipe
cleaners in half for stems. Lace
them through the holes. Use the tulip template
below to trace and cut tulips.
Tape the tulips to the ends of the stems.
