Hand Print Turkey with Rhyme
Paint a small paper plate brown. Paint a child's fingers a
variety of colors. If you want your
child's turkey to look
like the one shown, you need to paint both the thumbs the same color
and so on. Have the children stamp their hands on a piece of
brown construction paper.
Print the page below onto brown
construction paper. Have the children cut the turkey body
and
the dried hand prints out. Glue the
pieces together.
Give the children scraps to
make eyes, a beak and waddle.
