5 Minute Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake

This is a wonderful quick and easy dessert that your little ones will
love to make.  You will need a microwave and a large mug along with
the ingredients.  The printable recipe below is designed for you to
send home with your children and hopefully the parents will help children
make it at home.  It is a great school to home activity that lets
parents know what you are doing with the children at school. 
This make a big dessert that two adults can easily share!

5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
4 T flour
4 T sugar
2 T cocoa
1 egg
3 T milk
3 T oil
3 T chocolate chips
a splash of vanilla
Mix together in a small bowl.  Spray a large mug with
cooking spray.  Put the batter in the mug.  Microwave on
high for 3 minutes.  Allow to cool a little.  Tip out of a
plate.  You can add whip cream of a drizzle of
chocolate syrup.  Get two spoons and eat!
